When you are booking one of our services you'll be asked to confirm your card details up front - you will not be charged from this transaction.


The reason that your card details are needed is to agree to the cancelation policy as outlined in our terms and conditions and on the booking system


You are agreeing to the cancellation terms that if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment that your card will automatically be charged 50% of the session fee. This is your cancellation fee. If you don't show up to the appointment and haven't cancelled within or before 24 hours in advance your card will be charged a "no-show" fee of 100% of the session fee.


Please note that if you cancel before 24 hours in advance you will not be charged anything.
